Назад О ресторане Свою историю ресторан "Паризьен" берет с 1998 года. "Паризьен" поражает своим величием и лучшей в Москве французской кухней! ABOUT

The Parisienne restaurant is located in the Tsar’s pavilion, the same one that was built especially for the royal family for the beginning of the 15th All-Russian Trade, Industrial and Art Exhibition in 1882. Seven-meter ceilings, exquisite silver stucco moldings, original tiles — all this breathtaking splendor is in perfect harmony with modern but luxurious furniture, with a bar counter lined with mirrored plates, or with tall wine cabinets where the best examples of winemaking in France, Italy, Argentina, Chile are kept. California.

The building, in which the Parisien restaurant has been located since 2003, keeps the memory of the splendor and luxury of its first guests — the imperial couple of Alexander III.

It was then, more than a hundred years ago, that the majestic Tsar’s pavilion, intended for the rest of the imperial family during large festivities on Khodynka — and therefore closed from prying eyes, was erected by the famous Moscow architects A.S. Kaminsky and A.E. Weber. It was the main building of the grandiose complex of structures of the All-Russian Trade and Industrial Exhibition of 1882. Today, from the entire architectural ensemble, designed to demonstrate the power, pride and glory of Russia, only the stone building of this pavilion has come down to us. It was cherished and used for ceremonies with the participation of imperial persons in tsarist Russia.

The last major event of Khodynka was the coronation celebrations of Emperor Nicholas II that took place within these walls. The emperor himself described these events of 1896 in his personal diary: «… Alix [Empress Alexandra Feodorovna] and I went to Khodynka to attend this …» national holiday. » … From the pavilion we looked at the huge crowd surrounding the stage, on which the hymn and “Glory” were played all the time … ”. And the tragic events of the famous Khodyn crush accompanying the coronation of the emperor were described in detail by the journalist Gilyarovsky, a frequent and attentive guest of the «Khodyn society» — the poor.

The atmosphere of «Parisienne» will not fit any of the usual definitions. “Cozy”, “pleasant”, “comfortable”, even “solemn” — each of these words will be correct, but all of them, taken together, will not convey the feeling that you experience when you think that here, in this particular pavilion, in In 1896, a dinner party was given in honor of the coronation of Nicholas II. In addition, «Parisienne» successfully continues the centuries-old history of this mansion and, without breaking traditions, offers guests original French cuisine — the favorite cuisine of the Romanov family.

The best stylists in Moscow carefully inscribed modern interiors in the old building, trying not to spoil, but to emphasize the naturalness that has now reigned here. The load-bearing walls were not touched, the same seven-meter ceilings, huge windows and stucco moldings, mirror fireplaces, restored according to the sketches of the imperial architects, were preserved. And the paintings and old photographic images of the pre-revolutionary company «Scherer, Nabgolts and Co» were purchased from private owners in order to enclose the guests who come here in the atmosphere of magnificent baroque, high society, celebration — «for the elite». Everything was counted here: from cutlery to dishes the color of cream, from massive empire armchairs in which you drown, to snow-white tablecloths on the floor.

The main principle defended by the founders of the restaurant of original French cuisine — by the way, the beloved cuisine of the imperial house of the Romanovs — is the harmony of form and essence. I wanted to breathe into this once aristocratic house a long-forgotten content and good taste.

I wanted and — it worked.

A spacious summer veranda of the Parisienne restaurant opens annually.
The flower arch of the veranda is in harmony with the main building of the restaurant,
and the interior decorations gracefully emphasize its airiness and fullness of light.
The summer veranda, immersed in the greenery of age-old chestnuts, with cozy sofas and armchairs, creates a unique atmosphere of comfort and serenity.
